Late fees and shut offs for delinquent payments has resumed. The Executive Order waiving utility billing late fees and declaring a moratorium on any utility shut offs for delinquent payments related to the COVID-19 pandemic has been lifted as of 11/12/2021. For your convenience, in addition to dropping off your payment at City Hall during business hours, you can now pay online at https://dupontwa.merchanttransact.com. Another option is to drop off your payment in our outside drop box in the northeast corner of City Hall’s parking lot. You are also welcome to mail your payment to City of DuPont, 1700 Civic Drive, DuPont WA 98327.
